Mussels from the wok




Clean the mussels and remove any dead specimens

put a tablet of vegetable or fish stock in a cup along with a spoon of white sugar and pour boiling water.
Mix well and set aside

Stirfry 3 cloves of garlic and 1 onion
Add the mussels. mix well. stirfry for about 1 minute.
Add some paprika powder and also a splash of soy sauce
Now add some chopped celery, fresh chopped red chili and the stock mixture
Mix it and add a lid to the wok. let it steam about 2 to 3 minutes
Ready to eat. Mix well and transfer to a plate or bowl.
I dressed the plate with some chopped green onion
Enjoy your meal
