Lecso, an hungarian style paprika stew.
(normally its eaten with a special type of sausage, but i used meatballs)

300 to 500 grams of beef minced meat.

i seasoned it with the following, but u can season it any way you like.

- 2 diced red onions
 - 2 chopped cloves of garlic
 - 1 tablespoon of sugar
 - 3 to 5 spoons of ready mixed meat spices (any bbq seasoned ready mix is okay to choose)
- 1 Egg
 - some salt and fresh grounded black peper.

make small balls of the meat and grill them in batches in a hot wok with some vegetable oil. set aside

chop up 8 to 12 fresh sweet paprika into bitesize chunks
(also chop a small red peper)
Set all aside.

Chop up 1 big onion and 3 to 5 cloves of garlic.
Stirfry with some vegetable oil.

After a minute or so turn of the heat and sprinkle the onions with Paprika powder.
be sure to mix it well with the onions.

put the fire on high/medium again and add
2 chopped tomatoes. 1 cube of beef stock (crumble it over the food)  and a big spoon of tomato paste.
Mix and stirfry for about 4 minutes.

Add all the paprika parts, chili peper and a spoon of sugar and mix it well.
Put the heat on very low now and put a lid over the pan.
let it slowly simmer for about 15 minutes.
occasionally mix it. When the sauce is forming, taste it and adjust with salt and peper to taste.

 Delicous with fresh french bread!
