Kangkung wit spareribs

 
Kangkung with spareribs
 


Boil the spareribs (45 minutes)
 

rinse with clean water
 

Cut the into bite size strips
 

Grill them on high heat for about 5 minutes
then sprinkle maggi, garlic powder and white sugar while stirfrying on them
(to taste)
 

Done.
 

Cut some porkbelly (speklap)
 

Fresh kangkung
 

Cut into bitesized strips
 

1 cup of chicken stock, 1 chopped chili and minced garlic and a small cup of
water mixed with some corn starch
 

get your rice cooking while prepare this dish
 

stirfry the pork
 
 

add the onions, chili and garlic
 

add the harder stems of the kangkung
 
 


ad the soft part
 

add the stock
 
 

add some oistersauce and a sprinkle of sugar
when its almost done add the cornstarch water mix
 

Kangkung done
