Razor clam salade



Green papaya

Peel and grate it, put it in cold water

Pickled onions and cucumber

Chopped green onion

Chopped green chili

Mint leaves

Coriander

Fresh cabbage

Thai basil

Fried red onions

Fresh red onions

Raddish

Pounded peanuts

Nuoc mam sauce

300 Ml water
Juice of 2 lemons
9 tablespoons of fishsauce
7 tablespoons of sugar
6 red chili's

Razor clams

Fresh and alive

Bring water to a boil and cook for 1 minute. then drain and put in ice water.

Remove the shells

I cut them in half and removed the stomach also

Make your salade and dress with much nuoc mam.

Enjoy!
