Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken


 4 Spring onions
5-7 scotch bonnet/Madamme jeannete peper ZONDER PIT!
1 small onion
1 Full clove of garlic (in the pic 2 big single pieces)
1 sprinkle of maggi seasoning
a layer of soy sauce
5 spoons of sugar
3/4 cm of ginger
2 teaspoons of allspice/piment korrels
2 teaspoons black peper
a dash of olive oil


 Crush the allspice and black peper



 Crush the ginger and garlic

De-seed the peppers
(Use gloves!!!)

Put all the ingredients into a blender

Blend it to a smooth paste

I used DEBONED CHICKEN THIGHTS which i cut 
in big pieces. You can also use any other kind of chicken.

Get charcoal glowing
Grill the chicken

Delicious and unique flavour!
