Half shell oysters with garlic oil



Make the garlic oil:
Heat up a cup of vegetable oil (i use sunflower oil) in a sauce pan or small pan.
Add 20 to 30 cloves of chopped/crushed garlic, 5/6 finely chopped spring-onions, and some crushed dried chili (5 to 6).Let the oil bubble but dont let it burn! After 3 to 6 minutes take the oil of the heat.
Halfshell the Oysters.
Before i put them on the bbq i rinse the oysters in tapwater to make sure no pieces
of the shell or sand are left on the meat.
Add a tablespoon of the oil on each oyster and watch it bubble on the bbq.
